A job-search co-pilot I designed and built end to end with Claude Code: it collects roles, ranks them by fit, tailors my CV to each one without inventing anything, and tracks every application.
Early access, shared with a small group of job seekers.
Searching for a job is a job of its own: alerts in one place, applications in a spreadsheet, and a CV that needs a different angle for every role. I wanted one calm place that does the busywork, so the time goes into the roles worth applying to.
I designed the product and directed the build in Claude Code: specs, flows and copy from me; code, tests and data collection with Claude. It runs as a Claude app, so each user's AI runs on their own Claude account, and their data stays private to them.
Target user · an experienced job seeker
Applies to many roles, and loses hours rewriting the same CV for each one.
Find relevant open roles quickly, apply with a CV that fits each role, and always know where every application stands.
Roles spread across many boards and alerts, postings that are already closed, and tailoring a CV by hand for every role.
Trust above all: nothing invented on the CV, and clear signals about which roles are still worth the effort.
Job titles, seniority, cities and sectors, in a 5-step setup.
Company career pages, job boards, and LinkedIn/Glassdoor alerts from Gmail.
Checks each role is still on the company's own site, and warns when it isn't.
Scores every role against the CV, with a one-line reason.
AIRewrites for the role, lists every change, and a second pass removes anything unsupported.
AISix layouts, previewed page by page before the PDF is saved.
Applications, interviews and replies, updated from email.
Steps where Claude does the work
Every role comes with a fit score and a one-line reason, checked against the company's own careers page.
Every change is listed with the original beside it, so you can undo or comment on each one. Anything only you can add is asked as a question, never made up.
A side panel for one role: ask for a small change and it happens in place. Lasting preferences, like “keep my original job titles”, are remembered for next time.
Six layouts and five colours, previewed with your own CV. Each PDF is checked word by word, so changing the design never drops a line.
Upload a CV in any format: bullets, paragraphs, a photo or not. It becomes editable fields, and the original file is always one click away.
Next Role Radar is free during early access. You'll need a Claude account (the free plan works).
